Overview

The Clinical Operations and Quality Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Manager of Quality and Research in collecting data and creating operational reports for various Somnia sites and departments.

Responsibilities

  1. Acquire, collate, and scrub data from all internal and external data sources to be used for Somnia reporting needs
  2. Assist Sr. Manager of Quality and Research in creating all client facing reports including quarterly and annual reports
  3. Assist in the creation of hospital account reviews on a monthly basis
  4. Maintain hospital data entry folders for each facility and responds to questions from practice administration
  5. Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs on a timely basis
  6. Adverse event reporting
    1. MIPS data correction files
    2. Oversee and create event reports to monitor for statistically significant change
  7. MACRA / MIPS
    1. Assist with data scrubbing and cleansing for submission
  8. Satisfaction reporting
    1. Assist with report creation for various stakeholders
      1. Surgeon satisfaction, patient satisfaction, clinician satisfaction, client satisfaction and employee satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Business Management or related fields
  • 2+ years of Data Manipulation experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well in a team environment
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and grasping new concepts
  • Accurately complete assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of personnel in a large organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Power Point,
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, PowerBI, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, STATA, etc
