• Starts 7 am to 5 pm and/or 7 am to 7 pm
• 10s, 12s, 24s available
• MDs work their own cases with collaborative approach to CRNAs
• 1,055 births/year
• 7,388 cases | general, ortho, urology, | hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | + OB (100 deliveries a month)
• Call 1 to 2 times a week/post call off
• Community Hospital of San Bernardino

Compensation Package

• Per diem rate $250/hour
• Full-time: W2 – $577,000, 7-weeks PTO | PC – $577,000, 45 weeks of service
• $10,000 relocation allowance
• $20,000 commencement bonus
• W2 or PC (1099) options
• Part-time and per diem opportunities available
