The Associate Manager of Pay for Performance Programs will be a key support role within the organization. This position serves as a support for the implementation and oversight of a new P4P program, which has been developed to enhance performance through financial incentives for Somnia clinicians as well as track and ensure payment for P4P dollars from hospital clients.
Ideal candidate will have experience working in collaboration with others, preferably in a healthcare operations or quality setting. Successful candidates will be comfortable aggregating and reporting information in an organized manner, critical problem solving, and maintaining a proactive workstyle.
The role of this position serves as an intra-company liaison, developing and maintaining relationships to foster positive interactions between Somnia departments as well as clinicians in order to facilitate two (2) related but separate programs: Clinician P4P Program and the Hospital P4P Program.
Recommends strategy, resource requirements, and objectives as the programs develop; monitor progress; develop reports in adherence to specific deadlines. Supports the standardization of the programs’ procedures as the program expands and launches across additional Somnia hospital clients.
