Job Summary

• Per diem anesthesiologist for vacation coverage 
• 5 ORs | L2 Trauma | Level 1 NICU
• 3 OR starts 7 am to 3 pm; 2 rooms to 5 pm
• 3,500 cases | General, OB, ENT, GI, uro, vascular | OB (500 deliveries)
• Backup call 

Requirements

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS
• Board certified 
• ACLS | PALS

Benefits

• W2 per diem rate: $161.61/hour
• 1099 per diem rate: $175/hour
