Responsibilities

The primary function of this position is to work in the marketing and recruitment department, supporting marketing campaigns for the company’s national recruitment business line.  This includes but not limited to social media management throughout all channels, email marketing development and fulfillment, tradeshow coordination, research, direct mail fulfillment, website modifications and enhancement, developing marketing collateral and additional related marketing recruitment projects that may be required.

 

  • Work with Marketing Recruitment Coordinator to manage all social media channels under Somnia corporate. This includes creating new campaigns, managing content, and reporting and analytics.
  • Coordination of all Recruiting tradeshows including signing up for shows, getting appropriate materials together, shipping of booth on-time, etc.
  • Quality/Survey coordination (checkbox)
  • Creating monthly career newsletter to advertise open positions
  • Coordinate and create new collateral when needed, face sheets, postcards, etc.
  • Updates and renew any new online advertisement or online job posting
  • Coordinate all aspects of direct mail programs (prepare mailing lists, draft some letters, coordinate mail merges, print collateral, stuff envelopes, and run postage, when necessary). 
  • Recruitment calendar functionsMaintain inventory of marketing materials
  • Administrative functions (i.e. POs, invoice processing)
  • Coordinate all recruitment webinars, podcasts, roundtables and related functions, including promotional campaigns.
  • Attend workshops, outside training seminars, and applicable tradeshows
  • Travel to national client base as needed
  • Participate in all recruitment related meetings
  • Assist in gathering pertinent quarterly metrics data
  • Coordinate additional related projects and / or perform other activities as may be required.

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree with a major in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations.
  • 1-2 years of relevant, successful hands-on experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency.
  • Experience in social media marketing, a must.
  • Great listener, creative thinker, decision-making acumen, problem solver, takes responsibility, demonstrates personal integrity & honesty.
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • Superior creative and project management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Superior computer skills and advanced knowledge in the use of the Internet and the following programs:
    • Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system a plus
