• 4 ORs | 47 Beds 
• Call is 1:2 (facility runs a 2 week on 2 week off schedule) 
• 7am – 3pm  

• CRNA only facility (Surgeon Supervised) 
• Work a total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off
• 2,500 cases per year 
• Orthopedic, General, ENT (including Peds), Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Plastics 

Requirements 

• Active state license  
• NBCRNA Certified 

• ACLS | PALS 
• Regional Anesthesia Skills
