Junior Recruiter

Job Locations US-NY-Harrison


The primary function of this position is to operationally support the recruitment department and all relevant functions of the team to ensure efficiency with process and adequate documentation for reporting.

Please note, this is a remote position but we are seeking candidates in the NY Metro area.



  • Log all job order details update and maintain master account list with all details of accounts, clinical leaders, etc.
  • Manage all corporate recruitment job orders & clinical job orders as needed and assigned
  • Generate and track purchase orders and candidate reimbursement checks for interview travel; assist with expense reports
  • Attend workshops, training seminars, and applicable tradeshows
  • Develop & maintain intern program to consistently deliver qualified junior talent to the organization
  • Provide support to the recruitment team while they are out of the office by following up on their candidates and ensuring pipeline progression in their absence
  • Participate in recruitment related meetings as needed and distribute notes
  • Provide project and administrative support
  • Perform monthly audit of candidate profiles/leads to ensure accuracy (ex: all licensure logged, CV, updated notes)
  • Ensure quarterly metrics are completed timely in collaboration
  • Assemble weekly report of recruiter score cards, attrition, open job orders, market intel
  • Provide ongoing support and training to new hires
  • Manage corporate recruitment needs and clinician needs as needed and assigned
  • Provide right hand support for Director of National Recruitment
  • Other tasks as needed and assigned

    • Proficient with Zoom
    • Knowledge/ experience with DocuSign a plus
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Recruitment experience (corporate and/or clinical) a plus
  • Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system a plus
