Job Summary

-Per diem CRNA vacation coverage: July 17-28 and Aug 7-11
-5 ORs | L2 Trauma | Level 1 NICU
-3 OR starts 7 am to 3 pm; 2 rooms to 5 pm
-3,500 cases | General, OB, ENT, GI, uro, vascular | OB (500 deliveries)
-Backup call

Requirements
-Active state license | DEA | State CDS
-Board certified
-ACLS | PALS
