 The Practice Administrator role is a member of our leadership team and works directly with the Director of Practice Management providing services to the anesthesia department at  Ascension St. Mary's Hospital. The Practice Administrator will work with Somnia’s executive management team as well as local hospital leadership. Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are a must.

Responsibilities of the Practice Administrator:

• Revenue Cycle Management
  • Collaborate with support staff/RCM department to ensure all pertinent information is collected
  • Billing coding/compliance
• Operations
  • Ensure and track team compliance
  • Maintain account review report and all other reports per department standards
  • Frequently update an maintain necessary databases and pull reports as needed
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process and engagement with new clinicians
• Quality
  • Clinically focused audits, completion of F/OPPEs, ensure all tracking times, etc.
  • Support and facilitate the regular presentation and discussion of compliance and quality related data and issues

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
