Community hospital and ambulatory surgery center, MD/CRNA supervision/hybrid independent practice, $260,000 FT base compensation + $20,000 annual chief stipend + additional earning opportunities, $20,000 sign on bonus, 6 weeks paid time off, CME time and $$$, variety of shifts (24/16/12/8) and practice opportunities available. full-time, part-time, per diem W2/1099 available. Can earn an additional $10-20,000 annually with call and OT.

The Chief CRNA serves as the primary resource, point person and advocates for Departmental CRNAs. Responsible for the implementation of all administrative, personnel, and clinical functions pertaining to the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Sets forth and assures compliance with policies relating to CRNA Employee Handbook and the Department of Anesthesiology Policy and Procedure manual. Coordinates in-services, allocates and assigns duties to staff CRNAs. Affirmatively works with Somnia, MDA, CRNA’s to evolve the culture to one that embraces safety, respect, collaboration, and emotional maturity. Monitors the activities of all operating components to ensure the Group successfully meets its objectives.

• Level 2 Trauma Center
• 268 beds
• Case Mix – General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, Endo
• 6 ORs + 5 out-of-OR locations (GI, Cath, IR)
• Shift Types 8s, 12’s, 16s, 24s
• Annual Cases – 9,400


Requirements of the CRNA
• Active state license
• NBCRNA Certification
• ALS/BLS Certifications

• W2 and independent contractor options available
• Annual base compensation $260,000
• $20,000 annual Chief CRNA stipend
• On-Call Compensation: An additional $20 pay while on 1st call or late shift from 7p-7a weeknights, and the 24hr call shift each weekend day.
• Commencement Bonus $20,000 for 2-year commitment
• 6 weeks paid time off | 46 weeks of service
