The primary function of this position will be to seek out, interview and screen applicants to fill existing and future clinical opportunities nationwide and to gain complete expertise in the recruiting software Secondary functions will include managing pre-existing database and expand it in terms of the number of anesthesia providers (CRNA, anesthesiologists, and other positions both clinical and corporate) and the breadth and depth of information on each provider and to record this into the recruiting software. This position is expected to visit conferences and seminars for the purposes of building a relevant database of national coverage. Flexibility to travel minimally is imperative.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Clinical Recruiter:

  • Establish and maintain communication with leadership and other company personnel to stay abreast of current and future potential clinical openings that may need to be filled.
  • Build, develop, maintain and continuously re-develop database for all available potential candidates nationwide by leveraging internal and external referrals, direct mail, newspaper/journal advertisements, web-based efforts, attending relevant conferences, cold-calling and more investigative search efforts.
  • In collaboration with Business Development personnel, price positions and develop job and opportunity descriptions, to be provided to and discussed with potential candidates and serve as a resource for marketing efforts.
  • Develop creative ways to maintain relationships with candidates and grow existing database.
  • Perform timely searches for qualified candidates for full time, per diem and locums according to relevant job criteria, using company databases and, when necessary, external agencies to assemble a potential candidate pool.
  • Provide quarterly metrics on activity.
  • Update market intel report with competitive offers.
  • Refer screened candidates to clinical partner and ensure completion of clinical evaluation. Assist with contracting and, for contracted hires, collaborate with Credentialing Department to ensure that appropriate documentation is received in the office in a timely manner on all new hires.
  • Staff adequate vacation, sick and personal day coverage at current facilities by establishing “travel pool”/temp staffing of qualified clinicians that may be available to fulfill immediate and future coverage needs.
  • Perform corporate job searches as needed and assigned.
  • Build relationships with area anesthesia schools and residency programs.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Compensation: $60,000 base + unlimited incentives per hire

 

Location: Hybrid, New York
