Recruitment Marketing Manager Overview

 

The primary function of this position will be managing the sourcing, recruitment and marketing for Somnia’s national business line generating top end of funnel candidate interest and manages the efforts to support this function. The role will own the development and execution of sourcing and marketing strategies for multiple markets to build top of funnel demand and attract clinical candidates. Will play key leadership role in the oversight and management of Sourcing Associates, Recruitment Marketing Assistant, Recruiters, and any interns the department hires.

  • Build analytical reports that summarize campaign performance and experiment design
  • Partner cross functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders on various recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Prepare quarterly recruitment metrics reports that audit cost per lead
  • Track and report total recruitment marketing costs per initiative for each facility on a monthly basis
  • Manage all incoming lead assignments and distribution
  • Monitor all lead programs including referral program and Somnia Student Rotation Engagement initiative
  • Help in the creation of social media campaigns
  • Closely partner with Indeed, LinkedIn, Gaswork, icims, account managers to analyze performance and leverage ROI.
  • Manage all clinical and corporate job boards (Somnia website, Gaswork, state society websites, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) ]
  • Travel to tradeshows and networking events and represent the organization as needed and assigned
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment email and direct mail campaigns (draft content, pull list, approve email/mail templates, measure effectiveness on a monthly basis.)
  • Provide call lists to sourcing department and ensure all lists are cleaned and candidate profiles are complete.
  • Audit the recruitment department rotation to ensure all leads have been contacted continuously, reassign lead of no contact has been made to recruiter/sourcer.
  • Ensure all leads are contacted within 24 hrs.
  • Maintain live feed of sourcing activities by site and what the recuitere is generating for that account
  • Produce summary of all campaigns/calling efforts in process with sourcing department and results
  • Collaborate with Practice Match manager and Gaswork Manager to distribute campaigns and measure return
  • Prepare and distribute monthly recruitment marketing calendar
  • Tradeshow Management – ensure marketing recruitment assistant is obtaining prime booth location, booking travel for attendees, preparing appropriate materials, shipping booth, including off-site events, etc.
  • Prepare content for education department monthly career newsletters (advertise open positions, new thought leadership, blogs, etc.)
  • Train and support the development of all department employees as senior leader of team
  • Implement and renew advertising campaigns for open jobs
  • Help with the management and coordination of webinars, networking events, and related functions
  • Ensure accuracy of Somnia website; specifically, the careers section, suggest edits as needed
  • Prepare all recruitment marketing materials and collateral and collaborate with writing consultant to ensure proper grammar and bulletproof edits. Ensure copy and collateral are prepared and ready for management approval.
  • Attend workshops, training seminars, and applicable tradeshows
  • Participate in recruitment related meetings as needed
  • Create video content for company website and social media platforms; collaborate with recruitment to ensure content relevancy
  • Track inventory of marketing materials/promotional items; identify additional cost-effective traffic drivers as it pertains to tradeshows
  • Provide ongoing project support as needed

Qualifications

Recruitment Marketing Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 or more years of relevant, successful hands-on experience
  • Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully consult and work with all roles and levels throughout the organization
  • Expert-level Photoshop and Indesign fluency for timely in-house design of recruitment collateral and thought leadership
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and efficiently manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional organizational skills, customer-focused attitude, and team orientation
  • Ability to utilize critical influence and negotiation skills as well as a highly developed ability to provide coaching as required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
