Job Summary

• Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital | (https://www.lvhn.org/locations/lehigh-valley-hospital-hazleton) | Lehigh Valley Health System | Hazleton, PA
• 4 ORs | 150 beds | L4 Trauma| Level 1 NICU
• 3 ORs – 1 room 7 am to 3 pm; 2 rooms, 7 am to 5 pm
• 2,600 cases | General, ortho, urology, health peds | No hearts, heads, trauma, neuro | OB (450 deliveries)
• Shift types: 2 OB shifts and 32 hours per pay period of general anesthesia services – combination of 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s
• Average 1 c-sections and 1 epidural per day
• Care team model
• EMR–EPIC

Requirements

• Active PA license | State CDS
• Board certified | Board eligible if in process
• ACLS | PALS
