Overview

Recruitment Coordinator Overview

The primary function of this position will be supporting the Recruitment Department. This includes working closely with the Clinical Recruiters, Corporate Recruiter, Director of National Recruitment, AVP Provider Recruitment, etc. Must be a team player with extremely strong communication, follow up, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Enter and manage candidates in ATS, attach CV's
  • Send out pre-application and SkillSurvey reference request
  • Create interview itineraries
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and travel logistics
  • Maintain recruiter candidate tracking spreadsheet
  • Send welcome email to providers once contracts are signed
  • Refresh jobs ads
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn
  • Provide project and administrative support and other assigned duties

 

Qualifications

Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred and a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Teams
  • Proficiency with Zoom
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully consult and work with all roles and levels throughout the organization
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and efficiently manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional organizational skills, customer-focused attitude, and team orientation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system a plus
