• $291,200 Annually
• Opportunity to work additional hours if desired at Nassau University Medical Center 
• 5 weeks PTO

• ASC 
• 3 ORs 
• Case mix: Orthopedics and pain management 
• Average case volume: 11 cases per day initially 
• Typical day: 8-10 hours 

• Active state license 
• BLS/ACLS/PALS 
• Strong regional skills
