Per-Diem Anesthesiologist – Hazleton Surgery Center 

Hazleton Surgery Center performs a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures. 

Per Diem Rate: $250/hour 

Opportunity Details 

• Per diem | 8 hours per day 
• Hazleton Surgery Center
• The annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical) 
• Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT 
• 1-2 ORs daily   
• Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs  
• EMR – paper charts

Requirements of the Anesthesiologist 

• Active PA license 
• Board certified
