Opportunity Details 

• Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton | Hazleton, PA 
• Call 1:3 + post call off, for 16 weeks while colleague is vacationing work 1:2 + post call day. Remote call or stay in house. Call back averages 1x per week. 
• 4-OR | 150 Beds | L3 Trauma| Level 1 NICU 
• 3 OR starts 7 am to 3 pm; 1 room 7 am to 6 pm 
• 2,600 cases | General, ortho, urology | No hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds |+ OB (500 deliveries) 
• Call every other | Work next day 
• Care team model 
• FT/PT/PD positions available  

Requirements of the Anesthesiologist 

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
• Board certification | Board eligible if in process 
• ACLS | PALS
