• Anesthesia Care Team model with physician supervision  
• >40,000 cases | >6,000 births | >40 anesthetizing locations | 5 facilities  
• General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA etc. 
• >40 anesthetizing locations ORs + OB + NORA (Cath Lab, and GI)  

Requirements

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
• Board certification required. 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
