• Compensation: W2- $228,800 annually  
• 7 weeks PTO 
• $10,000 commencement bonus

Opportunity Details 

• Anesthesia Care Team consist of 2 Physicians and 3 CRNA’s 
• Annual case volume - 3,364 / 3 OR’s 
• Cases include: General, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN & Pulmonary 
• Flexible shift options: 8’s, 10’s & 12’s available 
• 40 hr work week / time and a half for over 40 hrs 
• Call is not required but available for extra pay 
• Saturday and Sunday shifts available for extra pay 

Requirements of the CRNA 

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
• Board certification required 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
