• Compensation: W2- $228,000 annually  
• 7 weeks PTO

Opportunity Details 

• Anesthesia Care Team consist of 2 Physicians and 6 CRNA’s
• Annual case volume 2,220 
• Cases include: General, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, and OB. 
• 3 ORs + Dedicated OB, Cath Lab and GI  
• Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s available 
• Dedicate OB CRNA team offering 2 /24’s a week 
• 320 births annually 
• 40 hr work week / time and a half for over 40 hrs 
• Call is not required but available for extra pay 
• Saturday and Sunday shifts available for extra pay 

Requirements of the CRNA 

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
• Board certification required 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
