• Compensation:  
  • W2 Full Time / Call Taking - $650,000 annually  
  • W2 Full Time / Non-call Taking - $560,000 annually 
  • 1099 Full Time / Call Taking - $700,000 annually 
• 9 weeks PTO

Opportunity Details 

• Anesthesia Care Team consist of 2 Physicians and 6 CRNA’s  
• Annual case volume 2,864 
• Cases include: General, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics and OB. 
• 2 ORs + Dedicated OB, Cath Lab and GI  
• Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s available 
• Dedicate OB CRNA team offering 2 /24’s a week 
• 302 births annually

Requirements of the Anesthesiologist 

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
• Board certification required 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
