• Compensation:  
  • W2 Full Time / Call Taking - $650,000 annually  
  • W2 Full Time / Non-call Taking - $560,000 annually 
  • 1099 Full Time / Call Taking - $700,000 annually 
• 9 weeks PTO 
• Premium pay for additional hours worked over scheduled time

Opportunity Details 

• Anesthesia Care Team consist of 2 Physicians and 4 CRNA’s 
• Annual case volume - 3,364 / 3 OR’s 
• Cases include: General, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN & Pulmonary 
• Flexible shift options: 10’s & 12’s available 

Requirements of the Anesthesiologist 

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
• Board certification required 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
