  • Sign-on: $50,000 for 2-year commitment

• Collaborative partnership with cardiac surgeons, interventionalist, radiology, echocardiography, and nursing 
• 199 beds | 14 coverage sites | 7,800 annual cases 
• Healthy pediatrics, general surgery, OB, ENT, orthopedic, pediatric dental, podiatry, robotics 
• Call from in-house & remote shared between MDs/CRNAs 
• CRNA independent practice group

• Active NM license | DEA | CSR 
• Board certified | Board eligible if in process 
• BLS |ACLS | PALS
