Position Highlights
- Location: St. Bernardine Medical Center | San Bernardino, CA
- Facility Size: 427-bed facility | 10 ORs + 2 OB suites | Level II
- Schedule Options: 10s, 12s, 24s | Shifts: 7 AM–5 PM or 7 AM–7 PM
- Practice Model: MDs work their own cases alongside CRNAs in a collaborative model
- Case Volume: 7,388 annual cases + 1055 births/year (~100 deliveries/month)
- Case Mix: Ortho, General Surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, and more
- No Trauma or Transplant
- Call: 1–2 calls per week | post-call day off
- Optional shifts available at Community Hospital of San Bernardino
Candidate Requirements
- Active CA medical license (or eligibility)
- DEA, State CDS certifications
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $577,149
- PTO: 7 weeks
- Relocation Allowance: $10,000
- Commencement Bonus: $20,000
