Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System in Olive Branch, MS.

 

 

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $238,800 Annual base salary 
  • 8 weeks PTO
  • $10,400 Seniority Premium - 10+ years of experience
  • $16,667 Commencement Bonus 
  • $16,667 Annual Retention Bonus 
  • $3,000 Education Stipend

Practice Environment:

  • Anesthesia Supervision  model
  • >40,000 cases |  >6,000 births |  >40 anesthetizing locations 
  • 5 facilities: 30-minute commute time between all locations
    • Methodist University Hospital
    • Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown
    • Methodist North Hospital
    • Methodist South Hospital
    • Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS  
  • General,  Cardiac, Vascular,  Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN,  Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA etc. 
  • CRNAs practice to their full scope of practice and  can  perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines
  • >40 anesthetizing  locations  ORs  +  OB  + NORA (Cath  Lab, and GI)  
  • Flexible shift options:  8s, 10s, 12s

 

 Qualifications:

  • Active state license  | DEA | State CDS  
  • Board certification  required.
  • ACLS | PALS | BLS
