Overview

The primary function of this position will be supporting the Recruitment Department. This includes working closely with the Clinical Recruiters, Corporate Recruiter, Director of National Recruitment, Associate Vice President (AVP) of Provider Recruitment, and other Recruitment team members. The ideal candidate must be a team player with extremely strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000

This position reports to the Director of National Recruitment. 

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage candidates in ATS (iCIMS), attach CVs.
  • Send out pre-application and SkillSurvey reference requests.
  • Create interview itineraries.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and travel logistics.
  • Maintain recruiter candidate tracking spreadsheet(s).
  • Send welcome emails to providers once contracts are signed.
  • Refresh jobs ads.
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn.
  • Provide project and administrative support and other assigned duties. 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully consult and work with all roles and levels throughout the organization.
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and efficiently manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, customer-focused attitude, and team orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system is a plus. 

Education/Experience:

  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred and a plus).
  • Prior experience in a healthcare recruitment setting is a plus.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. 
  • Proficiency with Zoom.
