Overview

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Recruitment Sourcer will be responsible for proactively building a pipeline of talent that are both actively interested in employment change and passively open to opportunities. The Recruitment Sourcer will be experienced in cold calling, internet research, AI search, and leverage existing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, iCIMS ATS, job boards, marketing to programs, etc. 

 

COMPENSATION:

$50,000 - $60,000/yr

Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Recruitment team to directly source by utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with recruitment and marketing to develop and execute sourcing campaigns
  • Cold calling through proprietary databases and lists.
  • Expedited outreach to post-conference/event leads.
  • Develop active and passive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Provide weekly sourcing activity report that includes metrics, sourcing plans, priorities and initiatives.
  • Work directly with Clinical Recruiter to support urgent needs.
  • Participate in meetings with the recruitment team to discuss new job orders and priority needs.
  • Develop relationships with programs nationwide to ensure we are capturing all new graduate talent.

Qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Research Skills (e.g., talent market research, clinician identification and workforce analysis)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365 Suite)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in the Healthcare field preferred.
  • Follow-up initiatives are crucial.
  • Proven ability to implement timely and strategic follow-up with physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
  • Experience initiating cold outreach and follow-up conversations with clinicians
