  CRNA Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: W2- $312,000 annually
• 6 weeks PTO 
• $20,000 commencement bonus 
• Up to $10,000 relocation allowance-For out-of-area/state relocation (with receipts)

• 10 ORs + 2 OB | 427 beds | L2 Trauma 
• 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s available 
• CRNAs work independently, doing their own cases 
• 1,055 births/year 
• 7,388 cases | General | ortho | urology | heads | neuro |peds (limited) | OB (100 deliveries a month) 

Qualifications:

• Active state license | DEA
• NBCRNA certification required 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS 
• OB experienced preferred
