FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $43,000-$45,000/year, commensurate with experience.

Format & Schedule: Hybrid - Primarily remote work, with travel to our corporate headquarters in Harrison, NY as needed. Please note that relocation support is not available. Strong preference will be given to employees already in commuting distance.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
CURA Staffing is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Business Development & Clinical Recruiting Associate. The Associate will support efforts to identify new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, anesthesia groups, and ambulatory surgery centers while also helping recruit anesthesiologists and CRNAs for locum tenens and contract assignments.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, confident communicating by phone and email, organized with follow-up, and motivated by measurable results. Healthcare staffing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, initiative, professionalism, and a desire to grow. This role offers opportunities for increased responsibility and career advancement as the company continues to expand.
