Seeking FT/PT CRNAs to join our practice at St. Joseph's Medical Center. We are looking for motivated CRNAs desiring to practice independently with a supportive group of CRNAs and MDs. Our group serves the patients of St. Joseph's Medical Center, St. Joseph's Surgery Center, and Ambulatory Surgery Center of Stockton (Pending). This is a unique practice, where CRNAs and MDs work independently in an academic environment with an anesthesiology residency program. Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates have been very successful in our practice and will be considered.   Stockton is conveniently located 40 minutes from Sacramento, 90 minutes from San Fransisco and Napa, and 2 hours from recreation in the Sierras.

Opportunity Summary:  - Joseph Medical Center in Stockton, CA is a 355-bed hospital and part of the CommonSpirit/ Dignity health system. - Joseph’s is the largest hospital in San Joaquin County and considered the 10th busiest cardiothoracic department in California. - The hospital has plans underway for a major building and services expansion in the next few years. - The Anesthesiology department is diverse consisting of 12 physicians and over 30 independent-practice CRNAs providing services for up to 16 anesthetizing locations daily to include acute care O.R.s, Cardiac O.R.s, Obstetrics, GI/Endo, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, a hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center, and a new venture with a local Orthopedics Surgery Center. - The annual anesthesia case volume is approx. 14,300 cases consisting of ~9,000 surgical cases, 2,500 Obstetrics cases, 800 Cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. - The Anesthesia Residency program started in July 2021 with 10 total Residents (4 PGY2/CA1 and 6 PGY1) with approval for an additional 6 new Residents annually up to 24 total in the program. - Residency subspecialty training currently available at St. Joseph’s include Cardiac, Obstetrics, Critical Care, Acute and Chronic Pain, and eventually, Pediatrics. - Joseph’s is centrally and conveniently located only 50 minutes from Sacramento, San Francisco only 90 mins away, and Yosemite National Park and Lake Tahoe only a few hours away. - The St. Joseph Medical staff tend to reside in the nearby communities of Stockton (Brookside) and the nearby surrounding communities of Lodi, Elk Grove, Manteca, and Tracy. - Physicians in the process of completing their Residency are welcome to apply to our diverse practice.

Serves as onsite clinical member participating in call, enhanced clinical training and daily clinical operations. The Clinical Operations Diplomat’s will be involved in scheduling, daily staffing, and flexing staffing to match OR volume. Assisting with care team development, recruitment and supporting the Clinical Operations team goals and objectives. This position collaborates with, and evaluates all assigned shift Associates according to hospital, anesthesia and unit philosophy and objectives. Utilizes and acquires knowledge of current and best practices in the specified clinical and management areas of anesthesia practice. This position is essential as it also provides ongoing clinical support to facilities that are starting up or in need of clinical staff or leadership.

The Executive Assistant position is to be part of the Administrative Group that supports the C-Suite (CEO, CMO, COO, CLO, CFO) as well as the VPs and Associate VPs of the company. Dedication to the executive level is required as in this role one may be called upon day and night to support the required needs of company leaders. This position requires a strong work ethic, imagination, self-driven and proactive problem-solving skills to enable our company to collectively helps its clients achieve their healthcare visions.   The Administrative Support Department’s mission is to support the administrative and clerical needs of the executives. A staggered schedule, to accommodate the national service model, will be developed and overseen by the Head EA. The model can and will change based on real-time feedback. Each EA will have their standard coverage, however cross coverage and fluency is required for late days/call/PTO.     Special projects will be assigned by the head EA based on the timing, knowledge-skill requirements and other factors.   The Head EA may be a static post or rotated.
